ALC Appointment

Appointments can be made up to two months in advance. When submitted, ALC will be notified of your scheduled appointment.

Permit Application

Permit applications need to be filled out for all ALC-related projects. The permit fee can be billed to your house account.

Online Paint Application

When submitted, applications will be sent to the ALC for processing. You will be contacted when permit is available for pick up in the Administration Office.

ALC Important Information

To assist and advise the General Manager and the Board of Directors in establishing and/or modifying effective Architectural and Landscaping Guidelines and enforcement procedures, as authorized by Section 3 of the Association’s CC&Rs, and to ensure that all alterations and improvements to homeowner Lots and Association properties and facilities comply with established guidelines.

  • The ALC meets with Homeowners the 1st & 3rd Thursday of every month from 9am to 10:30am in the Bobcat room of the SaddleBrooke One Clubhouse. Homeowners will need to attend these meetings to review their projects with the ALC. You may pay for the permit by cash, check, or have it billed to your house account.
  • The sign-in and waiting area for the meetings will be in the Coyote South Room down stairs of the clubhouse. The ALC’s meeting sign will be located there, as will the sign-in sheet for project reviews. As in the past, unless you have made an appointment, reviews will be on a first-come, first-served basis. After signing in, please take a seat until an ALC member calls.
  • Home Depot now stocks HOA#1 approved exterior Glidden Paints. They have the same names and numbers as the Dunn Edwards brand. Sherwin Williams has different names and numbers for the same colors. In order to receive a 20% ALC discount on paint, you must provide this account number to the clerk at check out: 520-917-3767.
