Please Note the New Fitness Center Procedure for Your Health and Convenience.
The wall lockers in the locker rooms will now have a security sticker that indicates when a locker has been used and needs to be cleaned. Look for a locker with the security sticker intact; that means the locker has been sanitized and is ready for use.
After you have used the locker, the broken security sticker will allow staff to identify which lockers need to be cleaned. Please be sure to break the security sticker on the locker you are using so the next person will have a properly sanitized locker.

In her younger years, Sue swam competitively for 10 years. Then replaced it with high impact aerobics and the Nordic Track. At the magical age of 40, she desired an approach that was more forgiving and supportive. The Yoga/Scarvelli method found her. In 2001, Sue became a 200 hr. Yoga Alliance Priya Yoga teacher focusing on the wave of the breath, gravity and the spine’s extension to bring freedom to the body. In 2002, she was certified in Ayuryoga focusing how to work with the body’s energy system.
Sue is now a 19-year Breast Cancer survivor. Yoga contributed greatly in her recovery. She approaches her classes from her heart and with a sense of humor to offer gentle support and guidance.
“Yoga must not be practiced to control the body: it is the opposite! It must bring freedom to the body – All the Freedom it needs. Movement is the song of the body.” -Vanda Scaravelli

SD started with Egoscue about 12 years ago. He was suffering from a nagging injury he had sustained from playing soccer at the age of 17. He was skeptical at first, having been a tried-and-true chiropractic and massage therapy guy.
Egoscue is a unique and very effective program designed to treat pain without drugs, surgery, or manipulation. Regardless of any previous condition or injury, putting the body back into alignment will allow it to naturally heal itself.
In addition to Egoscue, he offers personal training and chi gung to those clients who want to take their training to the next level. He is also a tai chi instructor and gives tennis lessons.
