Vivian Timian is the General Manager and has been with SaddleBrooke since 2010. Vivian received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona. After graduating she worked as an engineer in several different medical product manufacturing companies. She worked with a team to develop new process methods and holds a patent for ultrasonic welding of Teflon materials. She then moved on to Facilities Management with AT&T, Charles Schwab, and the University of Arizona Tech Park. Following these opportunities, she was hired as the Operations Director and then promoted to General Manager in SaddleBrooke.

Vivian embraces an entrepreneurial spirit in her own work as well as the work of her teammates. She recognizes the need for a diverse team, as they will bring a different perspective to identifying solutions for our business. Her belief is that in order to be successful, individuals on the team need to support one another to generate the best environment to serve the residents of the community.
